Compensation Plans

  • 100% Program with Monthly Fee* – We believe if you work hard and produce at a high level, you should keep your commissions. This plan is targeted toward peak producers allowing agents the freedom and opportunity to invest back in their business.*A 5% Brokers Fee is deducted from each transaction prior to payment.
  • Split Commission Program – Split Options with no monthly fee. This option considers different possible commission splits. This program is designed for the agent who may be unsure of their production level or to assist and encourage agents to invest in and grow their business.
  • Team Option – Our team option allows an agent to organize his/her own team as well as the freedom to compensate those team members as he/she wishes. This is a popular option for top producers who wish to maximize their profit centers.
