Lisa helped me to sell my home of 35 years. Who knew that selling your house could be fun? She was responsive, knowledgeable and had wonderful suggestions for preparing the house for sale. I would like to share my wonderful experience with Lisa Sullivan.In March of 2022, after several months of househunting, I finally found a house that felt like home for me. I was ready to make an offer.With very little time, Lisa took care of everything, from the Open House on a Saturday to an offer due by the following Tuesday! She walked me through, step by step, giving me key pointers in navigating a market where homes were move quickly. She guided me so that I was able to make an informed decision about the offer I would present. In short, my offer was accepted and I am now a happy new homeowner!

My husband and I worked with Lisa for quite some time, ultimately purchasing our first home with her as the buyers agent in January. As novice homebuyers, Lisa was patient and knowledgeable. Lisa both bought and sold a house with us. Each was over $1M and in different towns so she knows all budgets and areas. I don’t have enough room to strongly recommend her enough. She was kind yet assertive in her suggestions to fix up small details on our home before putting it on the market. She was open to our thoughts on listing price and strategy. In the end we got $100k over asking, no inspection, and sold at the open house. Doesn’t get better than that. For buying she helped us look at homes from $950K - $1.75M in 8 different towns. She never tried to force us into a higher price home. Her advice was based on our best interest, not her paycheck. We lost the bidding on our first house. We won the bidding on the second but had to back out after a horrendous inspection. Finally we hit it right on the third. We are blessed to have gone with her. You should too.

Lisa did a great job helping me find my first home. She has a wealth of knowledge about the area I was interested in and was incredibly helpful with sending along options that matched what I was looking for. She is extremely personable and down to earth, and was extremely honest throughout the process. We are first time homebuyers with a brand new baby in the 2021 housing market! Luckily we had Lisa with us every step of the way. She thoroughly walked us through the process and what to expect (at least as much as we could plan for!) from the beginning. We got along swimmingly and appreciated her kindness and fun attitude, too! She went out of her way to secure private showings for us given the pandemic restrictions/ our comfort level which we greatly appreciated. We also could count on her to be there with us (on time) for every appointment including a PM showing in a snowstorm. We actually worked to get an offer out that same night. Lisa and her team (she has very trustworthy attorney and lender references as well) are certainly efficient. It was truly a pleasure working with Lisa! Lisa felt familiar from the beginning. She was always available to answer any questions we had and her advice was invaluable throughout the entire purchasing process. After we closed we ended up leasing the house back to the seller for three weeks to give him more time to move. Even through this process Lisa stayed in constant contact to ensure things were progressing smoothly and the house was delivered to us as promised.
