Marianne was such a wonderful realtor and made the home selling process breeze! We weren’t even planning on selling our home, but when we saw she sold the neighbor’s home so quickly, we gave her a call and she came by and told us what we needed to do to get the house up for show and sold! She made a list for us, helped us through all the paperwork and we had an offer on the first day and sold the home for full price on day 4! Less than a week on the market and Marianne did such a wonderful job. We have a toddler and she was so flexible with meeting with us and getting us the info we need. Also, this sale happened 1 day after a hurricane passed through and she was able to get all the necessary paperwork and inspections done to keep us on time for closing! When we search for a new house in the future, she’ll be the first person we call! She knows so many people, especially in the Lake County area, she was able to help us with everything.

Marianne was a total pleasure for us to deal with after going through a few realtors, she spoke with my husband and myself and found us the perfect home our first time out with her. We changed processes with her and she did very well adjusting to our very demanding family. The mortgage process was insane but Marianne encouraged us to stick with the process and re-ensured us that everything would be okay. She kept very professional through my emotional roller coaster. Thank you Marianne for making our first time home buying experience so simple. Now that we are done I look back and see it really was not that big of a deal. From date of contacting Marianne to closing was only 2 months.
