With FaceTime, Zoom and WhatsApp, out of area clients can get precise visuals of the new home they eventually purchase. I show sellers how to get top dollar for their homes. I first consult with them as to their timeframe of when they need to have the home sold, I advise them how to handle possible deficiencies and highlight the positives of the home and community where the home is located. I also help with scheduling contractors, movers, and cleaning services as needed. I give both Buyers and Sellers personalized service.
