    Mark Allgood really fits his last name because he really is allgood! I could not have asked for a better realtor to sell our house in Inverness.     Mark Allgood was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend him to everyone. I don’t typically write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. I was introduced to Mark by my father in Inverness, FL. My dad had stage 4 cancer and wanted to make things as easy for me as he could. Mark was there every step of the way. He was always available and answered all my questions. Mark was invaluable in the process since I lived in NY and would not be able to personally attend to anything on location. Needless to say, this was a very stressful time in my life. So many things could have gone wrong if I was working with someone other than Mark. He was with me every step of the way. In the end, I sold my house within a week of listing it for a very good price. No one is better than Mark Allgood.

His knowledge was Always on point, he was always responsive, used Excellent negotiation skills, so very kind, Professional, and most importantly he treated my concerns as his very own. He genuinely cared and wasnt just all talk, he really paid close attention.     Mark was a pleasure to work with. He helped coordinate a simultaneous closing that required clear communication and understanding from all parties. This type of transaction has proved to be difficult working with other agents in the past, but with Mark it turned out to be smoother and faster than we could have anticipated. There were no hiccups, setbacks, or lack of communication and this was in large part due to Marks clear intentions in willingness to ask "how can we get this done" rather than shying away from a situation in which most realtors would typically avoid. I would 10/10 recommend.

    I had a wonderful experience with Mark Allgood, after working with a couple other real estate agents they wanted to do what they wanted to do and not get me what I wanted , after I thought I lost the property of my choice it went pending and then all of a sudden there was again ,I wasn't going to take a chance of losing it again because the realtor that was supposed to be working for me did not even tell me that it listed again, and I told her make sure to let me know that wasn't the first time she let me down, she let me down again and again I text her she text me back 3 days later but I didn't wait for her to text me back I called Mark and Mark allgood was with me every step of the way , we did it that day and make sure it was mine . It was my first time on my own after my husband passed to do things like this on my own , he walked me through everything and I mean everything. Selling and buying a home is very stressful you don't need the extra stress of having to trust your realtor I trusted Mark allgood 100% And I'm glad I did because I got what I wanted and I'm happy very happy with it , he was patient with me caring and understanding he knew I wanted this property and he got it for me, he also helped me with the papers that had to be signed he was very patient with me too, because I'm not computer literate. He even helped me after I moved in to find somebody to help me unload I am so glad that I chose to pick up the phone and call him. If you're looking for a realtor you can trust and that will be with you every step of the way choose Mark Allgood .I'm telling you , he's your guy .I have been through a couple nightmares with Realtors and I tell you he was 100% with me, it was a relief to finally find somebody with the knowledge and the caring and I could trust and not greedy he'll get you what you want and he'll work hard very hard to get it guaranteed it.
