Mark went above and beyond all our expectations on helping us sell our home!! He walked us through the process, taking as much time as we needed to explain everything to us and answer any questions we had. He responded quickly to every email or text we sent him when we had concerns and more questions. He offered great advice when we weren't sure what we should do in the negotiation process. Even though there were several hiccups with the prospective buyer, Mark's hard work and determination got us all the way to closing the sale! Mark did a fantastic job from the first day thru the closing for the sale of our home. The description and photos for the listing were spot-on. Mark was very courteous and informative with the many questions that were directed to him. All the documents with the listing and sale of the home were processed effortlessly thanks to Mark. As a Citrus County real estate specialist, Mark was always available to help me in a timely manner. He knows the community, the extras like internet providers, and the strengths of the rural county. It was essential for me to have his help as I moved out of state right after listing the house. He set a good price, helped me through choosing between offers, and reassured me the house was fine after tropical storm winds moved through the area. He had also helped my sister and I sell our inherited home nearby, assisting us to sort and solve some of the neglect issues of that property, and was good at negotiating through the often odd-ball needs due to her career and home city. Mark Allgood really fits his last name because he really is allgood! I could not have asked for a better realtor to sell our house in Inverness.
