Ms. Parden listens. We had been searching for a house for quite some time when we met her at an open house. She responded to our collective family desires and budget by finding the PERFECT home for us. Watching my wife and two children light up when we walked into what would become our new home was beyond priceless. We were sold at the front door. Amenities we had summarily given up on getting, we got. Now, when we drive by other houses we considered, we chuckle and remind ourselves how fortunate we were to meet Ms. Parden. There's a fine line between being pushy and being responsive. Ms. Parden continually fell on the responsive side, providing expert guidance on the entire searching/buying process. She made what can be a daunting process much more palatable. I have recommended Ms. Parden to friends and family. Should we require the services of a real estate agent in the future, I'll call her first ... and hope I only have to make that one call.

I would recommend Martha to anyone looking to buy or to sell their home. Martha is a dynamo, and she puts her clients ahead of profit. I observed this first-hand comparing her to several other agents in the Macon area. She gave us a great deal of her time to help us find a home that was just right for us. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
