My wife and I worked with Meg for a period of approximately 6 weeks and found it to be not only a very professional experience but a pleasure. Meg did an excellent job of keeping us informed. As in any business dealings there are bridges you must cross in real-estate that require some tough calls and uneasy contacts. Meg did not shy away from anything that came up, she made the tough calls and kept us up to date at all times. Ultimately our association did not result in a deal coming together, but it had absolutely nothing to do with Meg's handling of the process. When we decided to go a different direction she was most gracious and we would not hesitate to work with Meg in any future real estate dealings.

We lived in California and were looking for a house in the Boise area. We were referred to Meg by an a business partner in the area. We wanted some property where we could have 2 houses, one for myself and one for my sister and her husband. Meg went out of her way to look and even contacted the county office to make sure the property was able to have another house on it. We really enjoyed working with Meg and if the time comes where we need to look again we will definitely call Meg.

Meg helped us to purchase our first home. She showed us some houses and once we found the one she was on it right away. It was pretty much a smooth process and overall she did great and helped us get our home almost within a month. She helped us understand the process of buying a home.

I listed my house with her, and it sold in one week!!! She was very knowledgeable and helpful in not only preparing our home for sale, but on what to do after we sold our home. Call it luck. Call it skill. For Meg it is the latter. She gave us time to complete what we needed to do. When we were ready to list, she was right there, ready with the paperwork and the property sign. After a minor adjustment in price, she came to us with a cash offer for the price we wanted. It was all complete in less than 2 weeks! It all went smoothly and Meg made sure we were informed throughout the process.

Meg is a great realtor! She is honest, and quick on the move. We needed a home within 30 days and Meg was on the job. She contacted us keeping us aware of what was on the market and was quick to schedule a showing.
