Born and raised in Greenwich, Megan has lived the wonders of our town. Thus she offers her clients a wealth of knowledge about the town’s schools, parks, facilities, and its clubs and community organizations. Megan partners with Joan Epand, an experienced agent consistently ranking as a top 10 realtor in Greenwich. They are a powerful combo of experience and enthusiasm that can address the entire spectrum of clients from the first time homebuyer to the seasoned real estate investor.
Megan and her husband returned to Greenwich from New York City to raise their new daughter and now another baby girl and focus full time on her career shift into real estate. She had been licensed and helped Joan on weekends for a couple of years before making the move. Prior to real estate, Megan worked at USI then NASDAQ and AON in marketing, sales and risk management. Most recently she received her masters degree and worked as a New York City teaching fellow helping special needs high school students. Megan’s career has taken her from Greenwich to New York City to Chicago with a stop in Kenya as a volunteer at an orphanage. These experiences and moves have helped Megan hone her ability to listen to her clients, understand their needs and expertly negotiate on their behalf to deliver the real estate experience that best fits their family’s needs. It’s professionalism married with empathy and personalized service.
