William Raveis Real Estate

Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) REALTORĀ® The Multiple Listing Service Mark

An experienced, full time, Realtor® since 1988, Michael is from a long Massachusetts and Cape Cod lineage with influences from local Natives, Europe and Scandinavia.

He grew up in Chatham on a marina with a great respect for the water like many of his sea captain ancestors. His interests expand to architecture, and design, among other various activities. During his years at college Mike worked at a marina. After college he moved back to the Cape where he worked at his family's marina, fishing and various service industry positions until he ventured to Real Estate.

His travels around the country and abroad have given him much appreciation for the classic, Cape Cod lifestyle, which has evolved.
Local knowledge, professional courtesy, skilled advise, honest, consistent and diligent communications combined with the resources of a large coastal Real Estate company, Michael's work is for the greater good of his clients. Quality of life and history keep him on this coastal sand dune. “It is easy to sell the Cape as it represents a wonderful part of our lives.

Once the sand is in our shoes we are easily drawn back! Cape Cod is a great place to live & call home.”
