Monica is a very knowledgeable and patient realtor. Her assistant Christine is very helpful and does a great job keeping track of all of the details. Monica walked us through every step of buying and selling a home in a very competitive market. We not only found our dream home we sold our previous home for much more than we expected very quickly. The home buying process could have been confusing and scary, but Monica walked us through the process step by step. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Monica and her team.

Monica was excellent from the GO! She listened, was patient, informative and is highly knowledgeable! She was great throughout the entire process, which was a seamless process bc of Monica. She’s tech savvy, action oriented, driven and takes initiative! Her colleagues are very attentive, thorough and helpful as well. Monica has even become a friend of ours! I’ve always seen those shows on HGTV where people invite their realtors to their housewarming parties and thought to myself “ I haven’t had a realtor that I wanted to do this with.” Now with Monica, I will definitely be inviting our realtor to our housewarming party! My husband and I were moving to the Detroit area from Florida and were working with an agent to find a home. By the time a home came on the market it was gone before we could even get our realtor there to preview it. We found the home we are now in the second it popped onto the market. I sent a message directly to the list agent (not Monica) and received a call within minutes from Monica asking how she could help. I told her our predicament and she said, "no problem, my office is near the home I will Facetime you through it in about 30 minutes." She was able to get in, walk us through, draft up a purchase contract for us, set up an inspection within 3 days and we closed 10 days later! Highly recommend! I was a First time home buyer ans was very scared and she was great to work with and helped us alot feeking comfortable buying our home. Very responsive. Easy to get ahold of. Got us our home in our budget. Very friendly. Trustworthy. I would deffinatly recommenf her to others when buying their homes. We've continued our growing family in this home and love it. Monica was AMAZING! She is so professional. Never once, did she ever feel uncomfortable. The process of looking for a home with her was the best she had homes readily available for us and she was always willing to show a home that we may have found, her experience was welcomed as she offered valued information each time we were at a showing. Monica never offered false hope, she was honest with everything we asked even if it wasn't what we wanted. Buying a home is stressful but the stress was way less with her assistance. I had been ?in my home for 22 years and was ready to move. This would be my third (and hopefully last) home, and I had a specific checklist of ‘must haves’.
