It was a pleasure working with Nahid on both buying my new home and selling my old home and I will highly recommend her to anyone. She was very professional and provided unparalleled expertise in both transactions despite the fact that each transaction came with challenges. We are very disappointed in the service received. We applied for and was approved for a rental property and two days before we were to begin the process she tells me the security deposit was 2000$ and not 1650$. I actually felt bad and like I had missed a very important detail because had we known the security deposit was no high, we might have reconsidered applying for the property so as not to waste anyone's time. She swore to me that it was on the MLS and that it was said to me verbally. I honestly only remember a verbal conversation in reference to the pet deposit. I checked trulia and the description of the house does not include a 2000$ deposit requirement. As we text back and forth, she did offer a phone call to work it out but honestly at that point I was so highly disappointed I did not want to have a conversation. I took it upon myself to check the MLS and the information did not include a 2000$ deposit and neither did I the application paperwork she emailed to us. Up until this, she seemed to be very helpful to try to make a match for us and her client, however, the ending was very disappointing. All I ask is that it must be taken into consideration that not everyone looks at the MLS and so it should be up to the agents to make sure their ads are correct in all outlets. In this case she didn't even have the information on the MLS ad as she said.

Nahid was amazing when she sold my home. She came in and told me what needed to be done to make it more appealing, had an open house the first weekend it was on the market and got a contract that weekend. She also helped me through the negotiations of what needed to be completed from the home inspection. I couldn't have done this without Nahid's expertise, patience and understanding. I highly recommend her and will use her again - she's the best.
