Pam is amazing! She has been a long-term realtor in that area and is helpful with all details of the purchase as well as community information! She showed several properties via video and knew exactly what problems there might be at each property but also gave the strengths of the properties. When we finally chose a home, she was able to help get bids from various contractors in the area for the work that needed to be done. She helped with homeowners insurance quotes also.

Pam did an amazing job! Very knowledgeable. Offered information that we didn’t even know we needed. Very smooth deal. Was always on top of everything. When the inspection came back and we wanted hot water heater replaced. She was able to get a professional In right away. And we closed as scheduled.

Pam went above and beyond in helping my husband and I with searching and purchasing our first home! We highly recommend her as your realtor. She is down to earth and cares so much for her clients. Pam did a great job in helping us relocate from Nevada to Pace, FL. She has great knowledge of the area, letting us know where shopping, restaurants and other important landmarks were located.
