Pamela Godfrey is a residential REALTOR® in Greensboro, North Carolina and the Vice President of The Estates Real Estate Group, a firm that services several states. She runs a 5 person real estate team, where she is the Team Leader & Listing Specialist. Growing up, I was always involved with extra-curricular activities through school and church. My current hobbies include spending time with my family, gardeing, and volunteering with various youth programs and organizations.In the day-to-day functions of the team, Pam primarily handles listings, but also works with many of our buyers who need to sell their home first and then go onto buy their next home concurrently. She also handles all negotiations and strategy for all of our listings, to ensure a consistent, reliable marketing plan for every home.
With four other people on the team taking care of the more routine marketing and closing functions of our transactions, Pam is leveraged to be able to focus entirely on Who wil l be the right buyer for your home, How we will find them, and Where we need our marketing to be, to reach them. Pam was constantly promoting our house for sale. She handled many open house presentations. Pam never gave up. As winter closed in she kept up the advertising and we closed on our Anniversary in Oct 2010. Pam did a magnificent job.
