Pat Davis came out and gave my family a verbal estimate on the house but was not very complimentary about the area where their home is located. She actually stated that she doesn't usually work in this "area" in a rather demeaning way. It was apparent from the beginning that she did not want to work with my family as our house wasn't going to be estimated at more than $92,000. Also, when she was taking photos of the house, she had to be prompted to take ones that would allow the interested parties to see the best views, inside and out. When she saw the photos on her camera, she even stated that they were great views! She stated she would have the written evaluation within a week but she never did the actual work. When contacted, she would just say she is working on it or she would just not answer our voicemail messages. After about 2-3 weeks, it was apparent that Pat Davis should have been honest when asked if she was interested in listing the home instead of just letting my family wait and wait on something that was extremely important! Eventually, we were able to contact her and told her that it's pretty obvious that she's not interested, as she had not done anything that she promised, so just forget the whole thing. We would never deal with this woman, even if she had been in this business "for over 24 years," like she said more than once on her initial visit.

Pat helped us find a house in Citrus Hills. She is professional and knowledgable about the area. She kept us informed every step of the way and made the process easier. We began looking at pre-foreclosures and short sales not realizing how difficult it is to actually complete a sale that way. We finally found the house of our dreams in a great neighborhood. I researched many agents before I chose Pat as my selling agent. I was impressed with her sales results during a tough economy. By phone, she presented herself in a very professional manner as we discussed the listing. I knew she was the one for me. I live in Jacksonville and no longer needed the home in Floral City. Even though, every sale doesn't always work out. That isn't the fault of the Realtor. There are many different reason a home doesn't sell. But, Pat does all the right things to make a sale happen. I think she does a great job. Never Give Up ! Winners Never Quit !

Pat recently helped us sell our home in Inverness Fl. We were very impressed with Pat’s knowledge of the real estate market in general and the market in Inverness in particular. From our first meeting till the sale was finalized, Pat was very responsive anytime we contacted her and returned calls a.s.a.p. She also managed the repair of three items found in the home inspection.

We were truly lucky to find Pat Davis when we were looking at properties in Floral City, FL. She was very knowledgeable and she was willing to meet us at some really out of the way locations. We found the property we liked and with her help we negotiated and closed in 30 days.
