We worked with Paula Irwin over the past year to find the exact right house in this crazy market. She was amazing! She showed us more than a dozen houses and was very invested in making sure we got a good value. I am thrilled that we found a house, but I’m sad that we won’t get to spend as much time with Paula! She has become like family to us. I can’t recommend her strongly enough.

I’m not one to write reviews but the experience I had as a first time home seller, this was a must. Paula did an incredible job for me as my agent. She helped me with her recommendations in order to list the home and it worked great. Wether it was 7 am on a weekend morning, 10pm on a week night or even while she was on vacation- she was extremely thorough and informative about any updates or requests regarding my home sell. She would always keep me in the loop on any communications from the buyer/buyer lenders requests and comments. Paula made sure the entire process was easy and as unstressful for me as possible. Paula helped me negotiate the best deal possible for me to sell my home. If I didn’t already have land to buy and building my own home- I would’ve used her again for buying. I’d highly recommend Paula and the incredible work she will do for any future buyers/sellers. I made a friend during this process and have absolutely nothing negative to say about her!
