From the start Ray was so nice and treated us like a couple of new friends! He responded quickly when we asked to see a particular home. He was always honest about the market and what it would take to make buying that home possible. He was interested in what we were looking for in a home and not just to sell us a house. Besides being an awesome neighbor, Raymond also proved to be a most excellent realtor. He was always very professional in his manner and dress. He was also very efficient whenever a problem arose during the buy-sell transaction. He went above and beyond his official requirements as a realtor to make sure that things ran as smoothly as possible. Ray went above and beyond for my husband and I. We told him we were interested in a house that wasn't posted yet but knew a family member who knew the house's information. The next day, Ray contacted the realtor and ensured that the realtor knew we were interested. Ray then contacted him again when he knew the house was on the market. He was able to get us to tour the house before the sign was even on the lot. He was pointing out everything that we should look at and made sure this house was able to pass for a loan. I will be recommending him to everyone I know looking for or selling a home.

Ray was a professional in every way. He guided my two siblings and myself through the process of selling my dads house after he passed. He was familiar with the neighborhood and after reviewing comps suggested a selling price. Every step of the way was explained to us. His communication skills are top notch as he kept in contact with us daily through group texts and phone calls. He responded to our questions and thoughts almost immediately! After the very successful Open House his spreadsheet was very helpful to me as we navigated though the many offers. He explained every single thing on it which was helpful to me as I have never sold a house before. I felt like he truly wanted to do the best for us and in the end I think everyone was satisfied.
