I have been active in real estate in the Savannah market since 2003.  I received my Georgia broker's license in 2005.  

I relocated to Savannah 20 years ago from Tampa, where I was District Manager for a limited service all-suite hotel chain. While the hospitality business was in my blood for some time, it always vied equally with real estate. I obtained my first real estate license in California, in 1989, where I sold residential real estate in the beautiful foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Upon relocating to the west coast of Florida in 1992, I received my Florida real estate license, but returned to the hospitality industry where I opened new hotels at Tampa, Miami and Orlando International airports. Upon relocating to Savannah, I returned to real estate where I intend to remain. I also hold a North Carolina real estate broker's license, in addition to my Georgia license as Associate Broker and Florida sales person's license. I am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute. In addition to my GRI designation, I am also a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and MRS (Military Relocation Specialist).

I work well with investors to help them determine what properties have the best cash flow potential, and what renovation loan programs are available. I am also experienced with first time buyers and I am knowledgeable about local & state down payment assistance programs. I credit my success in real estate to listening to what people want, and then making it happen. I will work hard to make sure that the purchase or sale of your home goes smoothly.
