My mother had passed away and I needed to sell her house in Hobe Sound. Since I had never lived in the house I was clueless as to it's condition and where everything was. I hired Richard as he had done a great job on selling my son's house a couple of years earlier. Richard was an enormous help in fixing up the house. Since I didn't even live in Hobe Sound I had no clue who to hire for the various jobs. Richard either contacted the vendors for me or referred me to them. He kept in touch regularly and got me a very good price on the house considering its poor condition. Both of my parents had passed away in their 90's and had neglected maintenance for many years. I rarely write reviews but if you are reading this I am telling you to look no further. Richard is not just experienced and good at his job. He is a straight shooter and really excellent at his job.
