Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate

Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) REALTORĀ® The Multiple Listing Service Mark

Rick is a native of Florida and attended Florida State University. He worked for Martin Marietta and the Boeing Company at Cape Canaveral during summer break and after college.

His career took him to Michigan where he was President of an engineering sales company for the process control industry. After selling his successful business, Rick decided to get into real estate with Prudential Real Estate. When Rick's wife retired from teaching he and his wife moved back to Florida, settling in New Smyrna Beach.

Rick received his Florida Realtors license and began selling real estate with Collado Real Estate. Following several years there he joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Synergy. You may contact Rick at [email protected] or call him at (386) 690-2220 where he will be able to provide you with information on all of your real estate needs.

Rick tried retirement but found he missed working with people. That led him back to a real estate professional where he quickly found his passion for helping people find/sale their home.

"I got my Florida Real Estate license and began selling "paradise". Here I sell a "lifestyle" not just homes and condos. We absolutely love living here. My goal is to ensure happiness and total satisfaction to each one of my clients through hard work on their behalf with knowledge, honesty and integrity as my commitment."
