About Russ Conners

Russ Conners is an experienced veteran real estate agent . He has been successfully representing Sellers & Buyers in the local real estate market for over 17 years. After the Marine Corps, he began his career in real estate helping military families relocate in partnership with USAA, Navy Federal Credit Union, and many Fortune 500 companies. As a full time professional agent he has built a robust resume of hundreds of sold homes, a personal referral network, and most importantly - happy loyal clients!  

Russ has earned many industry awards and recognitions over the years including: NVAR Lifetime Top Producer, Centurion, multiple Master's Producer Awards & the most prized Quality Service Pinnacle Award. He holds an Associate Broker license in VA & MD, underscoring his understanding of the many technical aspects of real estate contracts. He has personally negotiated & sold hundreds of homes in his career, and supervised thousands of successful transactions as a Managing Broker from 2008-2016.
