Sandy helped my wife and I start looking for and buy a house in less than 5 months. She set up several visits to any location we wanted to view. She was also able to help us look at houses throughout Montgomery and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania. She was very flexible with her time and was in constant communication with my wife and I about our options at all times. She did a great job negotiating for us and we paid less than the sale price for our home.

Sandy rocks - she's super down to earth and was available every time we asked. Not only did she sell our house in 3 days, she sold our house again in 4 days! We had one agreement in 3 days, that lady got cold feet, we re-listed and had another agreement and subsequent sale within 4 days. You can't beat that!She was awesome to work with and I'll be recommending her to everyone!

Sandy was a pleasure to work with, she went over and above to sell our home! Not only would we recommend Sandy, we DID! Those people currently have their house listed with her, and they are off to a great start. Anytime we wanted a open house, no problem. If Sandy did not know the answer to a question she found it out and immediately got back to us. Sandy had our best interest, was always professional and understanding! If we every move back to the area Sandy will be our first pick to be our realtor! Cannot say enough good things about Sandy Choi.

Listing our house with Sandy was the best decision we've ever made! I was on the fence at first about selling, but Sandy made the process so easy and stress free. She was always available and super accessible to give us updates and answer any questions we had. And she already had answers ready for us before we even had to ask a question! Not only is Sandy super knowledgeable about the entire buying/selling process, but she also respects her clients and their opinions, while doing what is best for them.
