This is one Realitor who goes above and beyond for his buyer. Underneath that southern charm is a is a guy who’s not afraid to work for you!He has great contacts - inspector, pest guy, etc.I can not say enough good about Shane and highly recommend him.

Shane was able to work around some pretty eccentric situations with me, especially with me going to doctors and hospitals for multiple medical conditions, and a few emergency runs by ambulance which resulted in cancellations of showings of my property. Even though he has cat allergies, he was very polite, efficient, and did an excellent job in trying to find a buyer and make the sale. He has a very easy going demeanor, and I feel very Blessed to have met him. I hope I will be able to correspond in the future with him; i.e. Christmas cards and such, and i hope his career as an agent skyrockets for all the hard work and heart that he puts into this job. I really cannot say enough about how much of a wonderful agent this man is!
