Stephanie Barfield was wonderful to work with. She was never pushy or trying to talk us into a house we didn't want but yet pointing out all the "pluses" about the house. She was good about returning our phone calls/text and knowledgable about the process of buying a home. She walked us thru the process with ease and was with us each step of the way. It was a good experience and we are very pleased with the home we bought. Also as a plus; she bought us a lovely bouquet with a balloon that said "welcome home" and left it on our table along with sub sandwiches in our refrigerator and the fixings to get us thru the move and enough to feed those that helped us move. She went up and beyond her duty as a realtor and rented an ozone machine to get a doggy scent out of the house. My husband and I highly recommend her.

Stephanie was an amazing realtor! She was quick, knowledgeable, and reliable! She did a great job pricing our house just right to get it sold in ONE WEEK! Our house was a weird situation with very few comparable comps, but she was able to recommend the perfect price. She was professional and easy to work with. Stephanie knew the processes extremely well which allowed her to not let the other realtor pressure us into taking a bad deal or accepting a bad appraisal.
