I was in a bad situation with my lender and needed to sell my home immediately or rent the property in order to secure a loan modification. Susan and Mark not only found me a renter, they helped me through the entire process with my bank. My loan was modified and thankfully foreclosure proceedings were halted. Secure their help!

We have just moved into our new condo, and we are so appreciative of everything that Susan and Mark have done for us as our real estate team. We met them early in our search, as they happened to be the listing agents for one of the very first places we looked at. That was our lucky day! We had several specific requirements that restricted the parameters of our search, and to complicate matters we were living in another state an 8-hour drive away.
