I have been in sales for over 30 years and understand how to navigate the process and take care of my clients. 13 of those years was working with schools in 5 counties so I have a unique understanding of many areas and the schools and neighborhoods surrounding them. I live with my husband and partner, Jeff in the Rochester area and have for over 21 years. We have two teens that keep us on our toes and two dogs that complete our family. We enjoy boating, gardening, amazing sunsets, a bonfire with s’mores and celebrate when our client’s dreams come true.

Tanya is AMAZING to say the least. We used her when we bought our house and again when we sold. She made our first time buying a home and selling a home effortless. During selling our home we had a few bumps in the road but with her by our side everything got taken care of and was in our benefit! I've known Tanya for a long time and she is extremely knowledgeable about market trends, when to list the house, and how to draw in traffic to your open house.
