Tanya is an absolute joy to work with! She is very knowledgeable about current trends in the market as well as negotiation tactics. She also has her clients best interest in mind and will not hesitate to state her mind if a particular house has red flags or not. We were able to buy our first house for well below asking (a rarity in this current market) with plenty of benefits that ended up in our favor. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home

Tanya is AMAZING to say the least. We used her when we bought our house and again when we sold. She made our first time buying a home and selling a home effortless. She always had our best interest at heart during every part of the process. During selling our home we had a few bumps in the road but with her by our side everything got taken care of and was in our benefit! She was always happy to answer any questions we had and always responded quickly! I will be using her again in the future for her, and am incredibly thankful for her!

Tanya is very professional, knowledgeable, and a great resource. She quickly listed my home, had an open house and had several leads as a result. She was timely in following up on the leads which resulted an an over in just under a week. That offer fell through but Tanya had kept the listing open to allow for back up offers. We had a second offer with 2 days of the first falling through. Tanya was honest about the potential sales price, appraisal and inspection. We made sure the house was spotless for the buyers at closing. Together, we made a great team. We closed in about a month and a half from listing date.I would recommend Tanya and would use her again!

We really enjoyed working with Tanya and would recommend her to anyone we know. We used Tanya to buy and sell and were able to find our perfect home and sell our current home for over asking within a week of each other. Tanya worked hard to negotiate things for us that we didn't even know were possible. Thanks to her knowledge and experience, we feel like we got the best end of both deals. From start to final closing, Tanya was on top of all the activities such as1) going thru the house to id what needed to be done prior to showings.2) Managing the showings and communicating the bids.3) Analyzing the market to set the listing price and explaining the why's.4) Walking me thru the closing paperwork and keeping me focused.Tanya always make me feel like I was her most important client !
