We are writing to express our pleasure with agent Terry Donze, who represented us in the purchase of our home. We moved to Chester County from Connecticut almost 2 years ago, but the process of selling our Connecticut home and buying here in Pennsylvania took sometime. Being unfamiliar with the area, Terry was so patient with us and showed us numerous properties and areas, spending lots of time with us until we found the right one. Terry guided us through the entire process from searching for houses to making an offer and closing the deal. We credit Terry with a smooth and stress free experience. Terry is very savvy, personable and knows the property market spot on. She always kept in touch and kept us informed, and after our first initial meeting, talking with us and getting to know us, she knew exactly the kind of home we were looking for and she found it. There was never any compromise or pressure to find or accept anything less. There were several offers on the home we fell in love with. Terry was a delight to work with! She went above and beyond to help us find our first home and helped us in our search for something that matched both of our "wish lists". She was accessible and easy to communicate with and helped make sure we found the home that was best for us for the best price.

Terry was more like a friend when we were looking a house. She helped us twice and both times she was very knowledgeable and helpful. We connected with Terry, when we were having to move from Virginia to Greater Philadelphia region. She was very accommodative in meeting with us at any location we chose. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how the process of renting would be. She listened to all our needs showed us houses which had almost everything on our list. When renting, we had very little time, to make the move and she was very diligent and gave us all the time we wanted and we were able to close a rental home at a very short timeline.We called her in a year when we wanted to buy a place, she was a friend now, she again showed us houses which had almost all the items on the list. We closed on a house by seeing houses only on weekends for 4 weeks.

I have purchased a home and sold a home. Both times Terry was my agent. My experience with her has been exceptional. She does her homework. When I listed my home in 2017, I had two full price offers within a week. Terry walked me through my options and educated me on the next steps. She is honest and treats you like family. Terry cares about all of her clients and wants the best for everyone she works with. I highly recommend Terry to anyone looking for a buying or selling agent. You will not be disappointed.

Terry is great! 3 years ago she helped me purchase my home and worked so hard with my mortgage lender to find a home that would work. And now 3 years later she helped me sell my home in less than a week. I can’t thank her enough for everything.

Terry is very knowledgeable about her market and is very helpful at screening properties prior to viewing, I rely on her opinion/perspective when deciding which properties to view. Terry is also very personable, easy to get along with, has a great sense of humor and is great at helping with negotiating recommendations. Probably, hands down the best relator I have ever dealt with.

Terry Donze is excellent! We first met Terry almost 2 years ago when we were looking for a rental property in the Chester County area. Since that time, Terry kept in touch and we were happy to reach out to her when it came time for us to buy our own home. She was always very responsive and willing to answer any questions that we had. We were interested in seeing a home that had just gone down in price, and Terry was actually out of town on vacation. She set up a showing with another realtor and even went over the paperwork for our offer on the phone. We did not end up going through with this offer and Terry was happy to show us several other homes. Both my husband and I work long hours and Terry was very flexible with accommodating our schedules. Terry is also very personable which made it easy for us to work with her and worked to our advantage as she had good working relationships with other Realtors. This helped us when we were up against 3 other bids on the home we eventually purchased. She is very knowledgeable about real-estate as well as what to look for during a showing. Overall, we were very happy that we chose to work with Terry to purchase our new home and highly recommend her.

As a first time homebuyer starting this process was a bit overwhelming until we met Terry. From day one she was very informative and knowledgeable on finding us a home. Wether is was long phone discussions, emails or meeting in person she was always there with helpful advice or any questions we had (and we had many). From the time we put our offer in Terry made sure everything was on track and it couldn’t have been a more smooth transaction. We would highly recommend Terry to anyone in search of their perfect home but especially a new home buyer.
