Tom did a great job. He met and surpassed all expectations. We moved out of state then Tom put the house on the market and 3 weeks later we had the money in our account. 10k over asking. He handled everything. We were very pleased with the job he did . We will recommend him to our friends.

Working with Tom Rapisarda and his team could not have been more perfect and easy. I live in Georgia. My 90 year old mom lives in Vacaville and she needed to finally sell the home she had lived in for almost 50 years. We have no other relatives or friends in the area to help out. We had no idea where to start or what to do. I wasn't familiar with Vacaville and my mom, well, she was completely overwhelmed. I happened to be walking downtown and saw Tom's office and I swear, it had to have been a sign from God. Tom saw me kind of looking around and greeted me warmly. I explained my situation, thinking he would just think I was too desperate (which I was) but no - he immediately got to work looking at the property on his computer and giving me his thoughts on how we might move forward. He wasn't pushy at all -- just really very knowledgeable. Most of all, he reassured me that he would do everything possible to ensure an easy sale knowing how nervous and unsure I was. Tom spent so much time with my mom and I looking at what I would consider just an average home but you would have thought it was a super high end home. He treated us with so much respect and courtesy and his communications were fantastic. He kept things very simple and direct. There was never a time that I didn't know what was going on with the sale. Whenever I didn't know what to do, I could text him and he put me in touch with his team members for junk removal, house cleaning, etc. He arranged for carpet replacement and painting without me even being there and it came out great. Since my mom is disabled and can't travel, he personally came out to her new assisted living center (twice in the pouring rain) with papers and information and visited with her just to ensure she was comfortable with the process. I often joked with him that I thought we were his only clients because he spent so much time taking care of us - but no, he has many other clients that I'm sure are just as happy as we are with Tom's patience, kindness, and professionalism. We sold the home fairly quickly at a really fantastic price. Vacaville is super lucky to have Tom serving their community. I just wish he could do real estate in Georgia! We could not be more pleased or happy with Tom and his team and we STRONGLY recommend him to anyone needing to buy or sell a home.

Tom was very thorough and answered all my questions in a manner I could understand. Keeping me apprised of what was happening was a strong point! I would use him to find my new home if I could! I also left something very near and dear to me at the house and he was able to retrieve it and send it to me.

Tom is an amazing realtor and person. He is approachable, knowledgeable and has been very successful selling both of my homes ( one house 6 years ago and the other a few days ago). Each house received an offer within a few days of hitting the market. This marketing tools are on point. I appreciate Tom and his team. I recommend him all the time to friends and family. Tom and his team did a fantastic job throughout the whole process. Tom usually answered my questions before I asked. When I had a question he was always quick to get back to me. I would recommend Tom to anyone wanting to sell their property.
