We were first time home buyers and did not have a good understanding of the process. We were actually not ready to purchase a home for another 2 years. Tony agreed to meet with us and helped us lay down the various steps we needed to complete to be more successful. We followed his recommendations and 2 years later, we were ready to house hunt. Tony was available to show us house after house until my wife found her dream home. We are very pleased 4 years later and we highly recommend him.

Tony is the best real estate agent can there ever be. Right after graduating from school, my wife and I decided to buy our first house. We thought we knew exactly what we needed and so we approached Tony to help us hunt for a house. He took his time to interrogate us to establish exactly where we were in life. With sincere reasons he was able advice us that what we thought we wanted may just be a want and not what we need based on our stage of life. He send us back to go and compare our 'want' vs 'need' before the next meeting. It turned out that what we thought we wanted was not important, but what we needed was very important. I appreciate his experience because he guided us to finding a home that today six years later we love and are very comfortable with it and all that pertains to a home. Mr Kisivo helped me by a house and did a very nice job for me. I liked his service so much that a few years later when I got ready to relocate I used him again. I had to relocate on short notice and Mr Kisivo did a great job selling house after we had already relocated to the east coast. I highly recommend Mr Kisivo to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent.

Tony was extremely helpful to us during our home buying process. This was our first time purchasing a home, and Tony made the experience very enjoyable and exciting. We gave him a timeline and our expectations during our initial meeting, and Tony made sure to exceed those expectations. We were able to find a home within 2 weeks of the initial meeting, and close on the home within 4 weeks. Tony was available whenever we had questions, either by email, phone calls, or text. He is very professional, always on time,and a real pleasure to work with. We will only use Tony from now on, and I recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. If you want someone who looks out for your best interest than Tony is the one for you.

We have used Tony's realtor services for over 5 years, with multiple sales and purchases of homes. He knows how to negotiate the best deals, provides great feedback of area. Attentive during inspections and signing of paperwork. Most paperwork signatures are now electronic, which is a big help when working during the day. Always professional and courteous to our needs.
