Chuck Lapham entered the realty profession after growing up with a family realtors and builders. Chuck grew up in the Triangle area and is well versed on the area and its history. His background in sales and operations management allowed him to meet many people and learn the ins and outs of the Triangle area. Chuck became a realtor in 2013 and created the Lapham Realty Group with his wife Michelle in 2015.
