As a widow having to sell and buy a home for the first time by myself, Erin got to know me as well as my likes and dislikes in a home. She was very truthful in letting me know some cons in homes I really thought I would want. We spent six (6) months looking for the home that met my needs and expectations. I have been in my new home 6 months and have never regretted any information or suggestions I got from her.

Erin Romeo exhibits the qualities of a "True Professional" in every sense of the word. She is a sharp, dynamic, real estate professional, who goes above and beyond for the client. While working with Erin to sell my home, I was often away for extend periods of time due to work travel both domestically and overseas. Erin treated the home as her own, driving up to personally handle any issues that came up and took phone calls or messages despite the extreme time zone differences. I only wish Erin worked nationwide as I would use her exclusively for any property I would consider buying or selling. Erin is truly knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate market and above all else, is someone you can trust with your home or home purchase. She is honest to her core, works hard, follows through and cares. I cannot thank her enough for all she did for us.

Erin presented her plan of sale to us with comparisons in the area, which helped us to be realistic on the pricing of our home. She is very professional, and has an awesome grasp of the current market. Erin made suggestions on how to stage the house to help it sell as well as listing it on many different sites to get it out there to view by perspective buyers. She is very personable and friendly which definitely put us at ease during the sale.
