What Should I Do If I'm In An Accident?
1.- Stay Calm. Determine the injuries and or damage. 2.- Call the police. File an accident report and obtain medical assistance if needed. 3.- Limit Discussion. Talk only with the police or your insurance agent. Don't admit liability or fault on the scene of the accident. 4.- Get the facts. Write down names, addresses, phone numbers, insurance companies of individuals involved, and witnesses. 5.- Call your insurance agent to report the accident.
