Hangarkeepers Legal Liability Insurance
Coverage for the owner of an airplane in circumstances where use of the owner's premises as an aircraft hangar results in bodily injury or property damage to a third party. Excluded from coverage is property under the care, custody, and control of the insured. Another application of this policy covers the operator of a hangar for liability from damage to an aircraft that the owner has placed under the operator's care, custody, and control for storage or repair.
