When you organize an open house, there are some do's and don'ts. But an experienced real estate agent knows how to maximize the do's and minimize the don'ts. What could go wrong during an open house? A lot! But a lot of good things can come out of it, too. Real estate agents know how to organize and plan for a successful open house. Most events like these, if well advertised, can bring in very interested home buyers who will make an offer on the spot! And... will eat all your cookies, if you have any left, of course.
