Definition of "Civil wrong"

An act or violation that consists of two wrongs:

  1. tort negligent act or omission by one or more parties against the person or property or another party or parties, liability insurance is designated to cover an insured for unintentional tort.
  2. Breach or violation of the provisions of a contract.
