Trailer Insurance
Liability and physical damage coverage for trailers under business or personal auto policies. Most automobile insurance policies offer liability coverage for common types of trailers owned by an insured, including house trailers, boat trailers, and campers. For collision insurance coverage, personally owned trailers must be scheduled on a personal policy. The business automobile policy (BAP) offers only limited insurance without scheduled coverage for both liability and collision.
