Absolute fee simple
An estate limited absolutely to the property owner and his or her heirs. There are no applicable limitations or terms to a fee simple estate. An absolute or fee simple estate provides absolute rights to the entire estate to be lawfully used and disposed of as determined by the owner with complete descendent rights.
