Definition of "Drive other car insurance (doc)"

Endorsement to an automobile insurance policy that protects an insured in either or both of two circumstances when driving a non owned car:

  1. business endorsement if the insured's negligent acts or omissions result in bodily injury or property damage to a third party while the insured is driving a non owned car for business activities.
  2. personal endorsement if the insured's negligent acts or omissions result in bodily injury or property damage to a third party while the insured is driving a non owned car for non business activities.
