Cost-benefit Analysis
Comparison of the cost of a solution and the economic benefits that would accrue if the solution is put into effect. This analysis is a prerequisite to the installation of an employee benefit plan. Questions to be answered include: will the cost result in greater loyalty of employees? will the cost result in greater productivity; and will the benefits encourage employees to participate in their cost?
